A History: Some believe that the Apricot and Not the Apple was the fruit given to Adam by Eve. Another story is the Apricot was one of the three "Golden Apples" given to Zeus by Hera on their wedding day.

A History: legend has it that Columbus discovered the Bergamot tree in the Canary Islands and sailed back to Europe with it, where eventually it took root in the Italian town of that name Bergamo. while the rich citrus fragrance extracted from the peels is used in many classic perfumes, it is best-known for providing the distinctive fragrance of Earl Grey tea.

A history: Vetiver is a lush tropical graphs from Java. while it has, at times made appearances in Haiti and Louisiana, it is primarily cultivated in India and Java where it is known as the fragrant root.
